I have been doing business with Lawless since 2000. I just purchased my 4th Jeep from them. The sales staff is honest, friendly and fair. The service staff (Steve and Jackie) are always so helpful. I have never brought my vehicles back for services twice for the same issue. I highly recommend Lawless Chrylser Jeep for your next purchase.

We shopped around at multiple Jeep dealerships before purchasing a vehicle from Lawless. This dealership stands out from others because the salespeople are friendly and the prices are fair. Other dealerships offer deals to get you in the door but then tack on multiple fees. The prices advertised at Lawless are not the lowest, but they included all fees and in the end are the best deal. Our one critisism was how the numbers of our trade value amount were presented. It was a bit confusing but in the end we felt satisfied with the transaction. Chuck our salesman was pleasent to deal with and we'd reccommend this dealership to others who inquire about purchasing a vechicle from Lawless.

The whole sales staff, managers, salesman, buisness manager, were friendly and knowledgeble. The total buying experiance was painless. The dealer had a large inventory, so I was able to find the car I wanted. The price was fair, I did my homework on the internet, and I knew what it was before I even went to the dealership.

Chuck was wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable at all times. I plan on doing future buiness with Chuck and I will be recommending him to friends

I had been to a couple of other dealers - Kelly and Herb Chambers - and was treated like I didn't matter. At Herb they kept trying to sell me a 2010 model even though I repeatdly told them I wanted a 2011. They weren't interested in meeting my needs or listening to me, they just wanted the sale. When I walked into Lawless it was a completely different experience. I really felt like they weren't trying to take advantage of a 28 year old female who might not know everything there is to car buying. Tom was my first salesman, he was so nice, down to earth, and it was clear from the get go that he had been doing this for a long time and at his age, it wasn't about the money anymore. He truely enjoyed his job. Jerry came into the picture next to help with financing and they didn't try to screw around with me. They wanted to meet me halfway which I found other dealerships didn't want to do. I felt like I was treated like I should have been treated, like a customer who should be happy with the car buying process. Buying a car shouldn't be stressful - for the amount of money one spends on a buying a car it should be an enjoyable experience. Tom and Jerry made this such a memorable and positive experience. I even have my car serviced even though I live in Winthrop. Tom and Jerry talked up their serice department - something that the other dealerships didn't do. Herb Chambers told me, "if you want to continue to go to your mechanic in town, do it, why come here?" The service department IS part of the package! When it came down to it I believed Tom and Jerry and everything they mentioned about their service department and I'm glad I did, because whenever I go there now, I feel at ease. Getting your car fixed or an oil change, it's not stressful, they are understanding and treat you like you should be treated. They are not out to scam you or take advantage of you. They truely mean well. Now and forever I will be a Lawless customer.

I have no problems to report with the dealership or the service provided. All found issues where reported to me in advance with all necessary pricing. Some items were covered under warranty. The service advisor was very good, knowlwedgeable and very helpful.

Had a good experience dealing with lawless.Phil my salesman was great to deal with he spent some time with me going over the car and made sure I knew how to use everything before I left.He was Very knowledgeable about the car and could answer every question I had.

After visiting other chain dealers, I went on line to Lawless. Their inter net prices were much lower. I call and talked to Danielle who was very nice and went out of her way to help me on the phone. I went to Lawless, talked to her and met Chuck my salesman who was very nice and knowledgeable. I first went to get a lesser model but drove away that day with a 1 year old Liberty with 3000 miles on it at a very good price I could not walk away from. I feel I was treated fairly, honestly and with courtesy the whole time. They made the chore of buying a new vehicle was a pleasure!

Service was great as always. The service department is very organized, on time and thorough in completing all their services.
I always receive an email and a phone call reminder regarding upcoming appointments.
Everybody is very cordial when I arrive at the dealership.
Service is completed in a very timely manner so I always know that it's "not" going to interrupt the rest of my day.

I went into Lawless looking for a trade or a buyout of my '08 Ram. Phil greeted me with a smile and a great attitude. In a matter of minutes he was able to find a couple of used cars that would suit my needs. I not only got equity in my truck but I walked out with a monthly payment significantly lower than what I was hoping. There was no pressure of going above my price range and he listened and understood my needs. At the time of pick up, he went through all of the options to make sure I understood how everything worked. I'll be back in a couple of years to get that truck back.

My 2010 Dodge Charger purchasing experience with Lawless was outstanding. I searched the Internet via Vehix.com for the specific vehicle I wanted: new 2010 Charger, HEMI V8, interior (black) / exterior (silver) color. Fortunately, Lawless had the exact vehicle I was looking for; along with, a "no hassle" Internet price. I'd highly recommend Lawless to anyone looking for a MOPAR product. The sales team were extremely helpful and I look forward to using Lawless for service.

I purchased a 2010 Challenger RT. I traveled 3 hours to Lawless, because my own local dealer who is 20 minutes away "couldn't" budge on sticker price and wasn't interested in my trade. I bought the same car from Lawless for $4,000 less off sticker! I started out dealing with Danielle through the internet, and later met her when I went to purchase the car, she was extremely friendly and accommodating. Dealt with Chris DiCarlo to talk price and trade and finally make the deal and he was super! Worked with Chris in financing and he worked to get me the best monthly payment possible. I had a lot of accessories installed, free from MOPAR with my purchase! Because of this delivery took longer than I would have liked but everything was installed professionally and the car is awesome! Chuck ended up following through to the end and he couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant! While I was at the dealership waiting I met a woman from Maine who went there to purchase a Jeep because they had the best price! I would say it's definitely worth the trip to Lawless and they were great people to deal with!

I saw a truck online and made a call to Mike. I explained that I wanted a vehicle in EXCELLENT cond. I had made other trips to dealers in Mass. None of which were worth my time. The truck would have to be in near perfect condition, it was! Mike took photo's of a couple small scuff's on the bumpers and assured me the body and paint were flawless. Thankfull'y everything he said was true and I bought the vehicle. I would make the trip from RI again in the future without hesitation. The only reason I went to Lawless Jeep was because of Chris DiCarlo. My father purchased a Jeep from Chris and was thoroughly impressed with the whole process. Chris’s service was impeccable. He was professional, courteous and a pleasure to do business with. My father’s experience working with Chris drove me to purchase a Jeep at Lawless. Chris DiCarlo’s performance with the entire purchase process of my Jeep was pleasurable and painless. Since then my father purchased a second Jeep from Chris at Lawless. Between me and my father, we have purchased 3 Jeep vehicles from Lawless within the past year and a half due to Chris’ performance excellence. Throughout all 3 purchase processes, Chris exhibited an extraordinary level of managerial capabilities in order to execute the sales and service process. His abilities in these areas were superior. Chris is an asset and adds value to the Lawless organization and should be recognized for his skills and professionalism.

My husband and I went into this dealership trying to buy a used Wrangler. When we got there, the one we were interested in was sold. Chris DiSalvo brought us out on the lot and showed us what was available and then suggested a leased vehicle. Which by the way we never thought of. We left there thinking about our options. I heard from Chris the next day through email and he was just checking up. I didn't feel any pressure from him at all. We went in the following week and Chris was off this day and we spoke to a gentleman by the last name Ossino, I can't believe I can't remember his first name. He took us out on a test drive and pointed out things that were good and not so good about the vehicle. he wanted to make sure we were doing the right thing. He took the time to show us how the top came off and how the seats worked. He also pointed out the options on the newer vehicles. We fell in love with the 06 and purchased it last night. It is the right fit for us. We spoke to the director of finance and as long as I wasn't hung up on numbers as far as my trade and the cost of the vehicle we were all set. He made sure I didn't pay more every month and things just worked out.
My suggestion to people that are not paying cash is to know what you can afford each month and let the finance department figure out if you can afford it or not. After all isn't that what matters most how we budget every month.
This was a great experience with no pressure and 100% honesty what more can you ask for from an industry who likes to take advantage of people. Lawless is number one in my book and I look forward to years of buying my cars from them. I will write back and let you know how their service department is, right now I have no idea.

Smart dealership with good sales staff. To the point, willing to listen to my offer - got a great new jeep rubicon, traded in my volvo convertible lease - I think anyone who has done their homework should go to Lawless Jeep! My sales rep, Jovan, was organized, reachable by his cell phone, and made good use of email. If you are looking for good attention without hassels you can depend on the Lawless dealership -

My experience with our sales rep, Jovan Moxley, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make the sale enjoyable, and carried through on everything. I was overly inmpressed when he personally delivered my car to me in Connecticut! He was professional and courteous. I would recommend this dealer very highly.

My wife and I checked out several dealerships before and after visiting Lawless Jeep in Woburn. Of all the dealers we spoke too, Jovan Moxley was by far the most friendly and helpful. We really had a firm price price in mind and were trying to stick to a set monthly payment. Jovan took the extra time to follow up and really went to bat for us to ensure that we got the deal on the Jeep Liberty we were looking for. In the end we were really glad to buy the car from him. You could say that we were really "high maintenance" customers and Jovan definitely earned his commission. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lawless, and specifically Jovan, to anyone who was looking to purchase a new Jeep.

I had no intention of purchasing a new vehicle on the Saturday we visited the dealership. The intent was to swing by and see what was on the lot. After being "assigned" to Brad, we looked at several options, under no pressure whatsoever and there was nothing available on their lot to "suit my fancy". The inter dealer search team went into action and found me a vehicle I was not even looking for that day! I am thrilled, the team worked together, including the "transfer team" who drove a distance to get my new Sebring.

Sham was great overall. I didn't expect to buy a Chrysler at all but after checking out Toyota and Honda with low inventory and high prices. Sham showed us exactly what I needed and with a great price right away.

One improvement for Lawless is to do inspection stickers which will make a great experience even better!
